Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, particularly women’s undergarments, lingerie, and intimate apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference if the product is delivered in good condition.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products delivered in good condition.
Change-of-mind requests and incorrect size selections are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
